Maïpa is a tiny, adults-only riad of just five suites in a quiet lane a few minutes from Jemaa el-Fna. Carved cedar and traditional Fez brick frame a flowering patio, and each suite is decorated in its own Moroccan style.
Up on the roof, a sun terrace with a zellige-tiled jacuzzi pool looks across to the Koutoubia. Its guest scores are the highest of any boutique riad we follow, so book early: with five suites, it is often full.
